Welcome to our Quite Frankly Creative! We are thrilled to have you as a client and we want to make sure that we are on the same page when it comes to our terms and conditions.

First and foremost, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work that meets your expectations. Our team of talented freelancers will work closely with you to ensure that your project is completed to your satisfaction. However, please note that all work is subject to only 3 revisions when it comes to content creation and content strategy, this is to protect our time and yours, as we want to ensure that you are happy with the final product.

In terms of payment, we require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work can begin. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. We accept payment via Zelle or bank transfer. For retainer or on-going contracts, payment will be due the last week of the month, if all billable hours have not been used up by the 30th of each month, hours will not roll over into the next month of work. It is up to the client to use all billable hours and up to QFC to track all billable hours.

We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel a project, please let us know as soon as possible. If work has already begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has not yet begun, we will refund the deposit in full.

We take your privacy seriously and will never share your information with third parties without your consent. We also value open communication and will keep you updated throughout the project.
